Western State Petroleum Association President, Joe Sparano was our featured guest speaker. Mr. Sparano was very informative on the state of affairs of the petroleum industry in the western states. The organaztion represents America's oil and natural gas industry in the western United States. With a great Q&A session during the meeting...questions like: Why do gasoline prices seem to go up very quickly after crude oil costs increase and come down very slowly when crude costs decline?
